We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Scout to join our team at Gaming Enterprise. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage with passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition Partners to identify top talent and support high-volume growth plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and sourcing.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to our Talent Acquisition team on sourcing strategies and techniques.
Requirements
  • 6 years of professional experience in a talent/recruitment function or 3+ years of sourcing experience in a corporate recruiting function, professional search, or agency staffing environment.
  • Measurement of source/sourcing effectiveness.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extensive internet research experience.
  • Technical experience with MS Office, Internet tools, ATS, HRIS, and systems.
