We are seeking a highly skilled Support Services Program Manager or Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day project management support to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.
  • Conduct activity and resource planning to optimize project outcomes.
  • Analyze project risks and identify mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project deliverables and conduct cost/benefit analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Document specifications and requirements, and track progress to ensure project goals are met.
  • Provide ongoing support for processes and evaluate opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent project management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
