Job Title: Support Services Program Manager or Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months+ extension

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day project management support to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including daily, weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly status reports, project schedules, and plans.
  • Conduct activity and resource planning to optimize project outcomes.
  • Analyze project risks and issues, and identify ways to mitigate risks.
  • Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct cost/benefit analysis to inform project decisions.
  • Document specifications and requirements, and track progress.
  • Provide ongoing support for on-going processes and evaluate and improve processes as needed.
