Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Regional Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for upholding Abound Health's mission, vision, and values by providing support, services, education, and compassion to staff and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative: Establish regional strategic and developmental plans, meet established KPIs and deliverables, and provide administrative supervision to Regional Managers, Program Directors, QPs, and direct care staff.
  • Clinical: Provide clinical oversight and supervision, coordinate intake of new clients, monitor service authorizations, and participate in Human Rights Committee meetings.
Requirements
  • Qualified Professional (QP) credentialing preferred but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in human services preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a supervisory or director role within the IDD field
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid Driver License
  • Safe Driving Record
  • No substantiated findings of abuse and/or neglect
  • Criminal, LEIE, NC Health Care Registry Check, and Sexual Offender Background checks clear of health and safety risks
  • Reliable and safe transportation
  • Current Auto Insurance
Work Environment

Full-time, salary-exempt position with Monday-Friday 8am-5pm hours. Remote work allowed up to 3 days per week with 2 days in the office. Full remote work may be approved by Supervisor.
