Position Overview:
As a Regional Campaign Manager, you will lead our efforts in mobilizing communities and driving voter engagement for Planned Parenthood Votes South Atlantic. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our mission to protect reproductive rights is effectively communicated and acted upon in the upcoming elections.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a dedicated team of canvassers, establishing clear objectives and maintaining accountability.
- Provide comprehensive training and continuous support to team members, fostering a motivating environment.
- Identify and cultivate leadership within the team to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture that values equity and justice.
- Conduct fieldwork several days a week to engage directly with voters, train staff, and achieve campaign goals.
- Develop strategic outreach plans to connect with target demographics in your assigned regions.
- Manage essential administrative tasks, including data reporting, record maintenance, payroll processing, and material distribution.

Qualifications:
Essential:
- Proven leadership abilities with a knack for inspiring and motivating a team while ensuring accountability.
- Strong communication skills to articulate campaign issues and strategies effectively.
- Active listening skills to address team concerns and resolve challenges.
- Commitment to fostering an equitable and inclusive environment.

- Basic proficiency in technology, including G-suite or Microsoft Office.
- Experience in a paid canvassing or organizing campaign setting.

Preferred:
- Background in community or issue-based campaigns.
- Experience managing paid canvassing teams or employees.
- Passion for social advocacy and community engagement.
- Proven track record of achieving or surpassing campaign goals.
- Familiarity with underserved or marginalized communities.

Compensation:
The salary for this role ranges from $1,100 to $1,500 per week, complemented by a robust benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance, and hands-on training opportunities. There may also be potential for career advancement and performance bonuses.
