About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Area Coach to lead our Taco Bell restaurants and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for coaching and guiding RGMs and ARGMs to achieve exceptional results in guest service, sales, and profitability.

Your primary focus will be on building management capability, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction, and coaching process and discipline around the P&L. You will work closely with your RGMs to identify and develop strategies to address opportunities, lead product and program rollouts, and strive to be the best in the market.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and coaching skills, with a strong ability to analyze financial performance, identify trends, and develop action plans to drive results. If you are a results-driven leader with a passion for the hospitality industry, we encourage you to apply.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
