District Product Support Manager

Develon is seeking a highly skilled District Product Support Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our dealerships and end-users, ensuring they receive top-notch support and service.
Key Responsibilities- Dealer Management
- Evaluate dealership performance through regular reviews and assessments.
- Collaborate with District Sales Managers to identify and develop new dealership opportunities.
- Assist new dealers in establishing their parts and service departments.
- Ensure dealers understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Manage dealer relationships, including follow-up on service and parts reviews, and dealer upgrade processes.
- Customer Service
- Provide technical support and guidance to dealers and end-users.
- Responsible for direct communication with dissatisfied customers to resolve complaints.
- Drive district parts sales to meet annual targets.
- Support all parts and service programs through active promotion at dealerships.
- Business Development
- Drive stocking and planning behaviors of dealers.
- Collaborate with dealers to improve their parts and service department efficiency and profitability.
- Education and Experience
- Associate's degree in a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in product support or a related field.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make sound, timely decisions.
- Strong negotiation and financial acumen skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
