Position Summary:

The Claims Processing Specialist is responsible for managing warranty claims and fostering robust relationships with Alcom's dealer network. This role requires collaboration with various internal departments to ensure streamlined operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the organization with professionalism in all interactions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, management, and support teams.
  • Address dealer inquiries related to warranty matters.
  • Assess warranty claims and determine their validity.
  • Communicate effectively with dealers to provide timely updates on claims status.
  • Follow established warranty claim processes and guidelines.
  • Apply technical expertise to evaluate and categorize claims accurately.
  • Document warranty claim issues with precision.
  • Proactively address quality concerns with dealers.
  • Monitor open claims and ensure they are resolved promptly.
  • Lead warranty processes to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred: Associate's degree in business or related field.
  • Experience in the warranty and repair sector is advantageous.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and effective communication skills.
  • Capability to maintain professionalism and foster positive customer relations.
