Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team at Acura of Avon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and enhance the sales process.
- Inventory Management: Manage the new vehicle inventory, including ordering and dealer trades.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
- Sales Department Management: Help manage all other aspects of the sales department, including desk deals, tracking gross logs, and RDR cars.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum high school diploma.
- Experience: Prior automotive sales managerial experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, understanding of inventory control, strong computer and phone skills, and a professional work ethic.
- License: Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
