  • Follow up on open claims and ensure timely closure.
  • Lead warranty process to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by supervisor.

**Requirements:**

  • Two-year business degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in warranty and repair industry.
  • Strong decision-making and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and positive customer relations.
