- Handle dealer inquiries regarding warranty claims.
- Evaluate warranty claims and determine eligibility.
- Communicate with dealers to provide timely updates on claims.
- Adhere to warranty claim process and guidelines.
- Utilize technical knowledge to assess and categorize claims.
- Document warranty claim issues accurately.
- Address quality concerns with dealers proactively.
- Follow up on open claims and ensure timely closure.
- Lead warranty process to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Perform additional tasks as requested by supervisor.
**Requirements:**
- Two-year business degree preferred.
- Prior experience in warranty and repair industry.
- Strong decision-making and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and positive customer relations.
