**Job Title:** Warranty Claims Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Claims Specialist to join our team at Alcom of Wisconsin. As a key member of our Warranty Department, you will be responsible for processing warranty claims and maintaining strong relationships with our dealer network.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Represent the company professionally in all communications with dealers and internal departments.
  • Maintain positive relationships with colleagues, management, and support teams to ensure efficient operations.
  • Handle dealer inquiries regarding warranty claims and provide timely updates.
  • Evaluate warranty claims and determine eligibility in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Communicate with dealers to provide clear and concise information on claim status.
  • Adhere to warranty claim process and guidelines to ensure compliance.
  • Utilize technical knowledge to assess and categorize claims accurately.
  • Document warranty claim issues accurately and thoroughly.
  • Address quality concerns with dealers proactively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on open claims and ensure timely closure to meet customer expectations.
  • Lead the warranty process to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by supervisor to support the team.

**Requirements:**

  • Two-year business degree or equivalent experience in warranty and repair industry.
  • Prior experience in warranty and repair industry, with a strong understanding of warranty claim processes.
  • Strong decision-making and communication skills to effectively interact with dealers and internal departments.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and positive customer relations in a fast-paced environment.

**Schedule:**
