Payroll Coordinator Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our Next 150 Construction, LLC team. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for managing employee records, processing labor reports, and resolving payroll discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Organize and update employee filing systems, including master files.
  2. Process weekly labor reports, CPR, payroll reports, union reports, and prevailing wage reports.
  3. Collect timesheets from the field, manage contact lists, and conduct weekly payroll audits.
  4. Review field hours daily/weekly and verify payroll timesheets.
  5. Resolve discrepancies in payroll data, validate pay rates, and address Timesheet-related inquiries.
  6. Familiarize yourself with Union and Prevailing Wage regulations.
  7. Prepare information for audits as requested.
  8. Collaborate with corporate payroll to resolve general payroll questions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of office experience, payroll, or human resources preferred.

Compensation Package: The estimated salary range for this role is $56,500 - $63,000 per year, depending on location and industry standards.
