Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish key processes, deliverables, and timelines for assigned digital products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication of vision, delivery objectives, and priorities.
  3. Analyze the current recruiting landscape to identify insights and drive business growth.
  4. Understand customer needs and develop user feedback mechanisms.
  5. Prioritize new features and bugs for assigned digital products and monitor the release process.
  6. Communicate product updates and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  7. Monitor product performance and user engagement, using analytics to drive continuous improvement.
  8. Demonstrate expert understanding of agile development practices and champion agile development at JobTarget.
  9. Support product launches and promotional activities in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a product manager, managing accounts or projects.
  • Experience creating roadmaps and working with stakeholders to accomplish projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, or Confluence.
  • Ability to build cross-functional business relationships and gather user requirements.
  • Proven competency with agile processes and iterative environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytic, and decision-making skills.
  • Able to interpret data and diagnose problems.
  • Proficient with MS Office products.
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
