Job Description:

Talent Wave Associates is seeking a highly skilled Post Production Systems Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting technical systems within a vibrant post-production environment. Your expertise will directly contribute to delivering high-quality content across multiple platforms, ensuring global media reaches audiences with top-tier production standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and support post-production systems, including video editing, sound, graphics, and digital media workflows.
  • Manage and troubleshoot editing workstations, video servers, and storage systems for efficient processes.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration of video, audio, and graphics into final deliverables.
  • Perform maintenance and upgrades on hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver content efficiently to distribution channels.
  • Resolve technical issues related to video/audio quality, file formats, system performance, and network connectivity.
  • Ensure content is properly archived and backed up according to company standards.
  • Implement best practices to enhance post-production processes and identify efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the entertainment, sports, or media industry.
  • Proficient in post-production tools, including Avid, Adobe Premiere, and Final Cut Pro.
  • Familiar with video/audio formats, compression standards, and broadcast technologies.
  • Experience with networked storage solutions and video servers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
