PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Function: Customer Service Associates are tasked with ensuring exceptional customer service during interactions with clients.
- Professionally welcomes and assists airport guests at the loading area, providing help with luggage, information, and directions related to our services and airport operations.
- Coordinates with Dispatch and/or Supervisors regarding operational matters and service facilitation for travelers.
- Ensures orderly queuing and boards passengers following established procedures.
- Facilitates timely bus rotations by utilizing effective passenger queuing techniques.
- Maintains clear communication with patrons, offering timely updates and information.
- Completes reports concerning the type of assistance rendered.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements: To successfully perform this role, an individual must be capable of executing each essential duty satisfactorily. Education: High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
Work Availability: Shift requirements may vary based on the hiring needs of the location. Availability for 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends may be necessary.
License: A valid state-issued driver's license is required, along with a current address and acceptable driving record, if driving a company vehicle or conducting company business is expected.
Language Proficiency: Ability to read, write, and interpret the English language. Capable of effectively presenting information in one-on-one and small group settings to customers, clients, supervisors, and other employees.
Reasoning Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but standard written or oral instructions. Capable of addressing problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Adaptability: Adjusts to changes in the work environment; able to manage change, delays, or unexpected events.
Judgment: Demonstrates sound and accurate judgment.
