Claims Customer Service Representative

Southwest Service Administrators Inc is seeking a highly skilled Claims Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality customer service to clients, responding to and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process and investigate claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 40 WPM and 3,000 KPH proficiency.
- Prior experience in a medical setting or customer service role preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and benefits a plus.
