Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Credentialing Specialist to join our team at TEKsystems. As a Credentialing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our provider database and facilitating the credentialing process for medical staff and advanced practice providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit credentialing applications and supporting documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of provider data in our database.
  • Collaborate with practitioners, their employers, and office staff to facilitate the credentialing process.
  • Support the FPPE/OPPE functions, including the timely evaluation and collection of data.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Associate's degree in a related field.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in physician credentialing in a healthcare setting.
  • Thorough knowledge of physician credentialing software, Joint Commission Standards, and relevant state and federal regulations.
