Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Receptionist to join our team at Epiq. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and their guests.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Supervisor or Manager in leading the workflow of the Receptionists
- Provide Receptionist services for clients at their site
- Work closely with the client's staff to assist with front office tasks
- Provide "White Glove" customer service and ensure the timely completion of tasks and events
- Accurately communicate with client staff and Epiq team members regarding commitments, deadlines, and challenges
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years work experience, preferably in conference services, hospitality, reception desk, and front office services
- Ability to lead others in a professional manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to resolve complaints
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for an extended period of time
The compensation range for this role is $19.26 to $28.89 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
