Role Overview
The Senior Supply Chain Strategist will oversee the coordination of supply planning for a variety of products, ensuring alignment with business and operational objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Align product supply with projected demand to fulfill customer needs, drive revenue growth, and optimize inventory levels.
  • Evaluate capacity constraints and analyze potential limitations.
  • Collaborate with Production Planning, Procurement, and Suppliers to guarantee material availability and capacity support for the supply strategy.
  • Proactively identify discrepancies in demand, supply, capacity, and materials to mitigate business risks and meet required response times for demand forecasts and sales orders.
  • Engage with Sales, Product Groups, Operations, Procurement, Engineering, and Suppliers to adapt to a dynamic business landscape.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to prioritize customer requirements and enhance performance.
  • Effectively interact with various teams, including Logistics, Finance, Legal, Global Trade, Quality Assurance, New Product Introduction, and Engineering, to understand and fulfill business needs.
  • Monitor and achieve inventory levels and die bank targets in alignment with strategic goals.
  • Track and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Revenue, On-Time Delivery, and Inventory Management in accordance with corporate objectives.
  • Drive continuous enhancements in supply planning, capacity utilization, material assurance, and lead time reduction.

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years in supply and demand planning, encompassing end-to-end supply chain ownership (from wafer planning to delivery) and inventory optimization, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
• Results-driven, with a focus on fostering both internal and external communication and processes to meet or exceed expectations.
• Proven experience in effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and operate effectively amidst ambiguity.
• High emotional intelligence with a team-oriented approach.
• Proficient in MS Excel (including Pivot tables and Lookups), PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with planning systems and reporting tools such as Kinaxis Rapid Response, Adexa CDP, Oracle, Agile, SAP, or similar.
• Educational background: BA/BS/MS in business or a related field.

Additional Information:
The anticipated annual compensation for this role ranges from $156,000 to $235,000, with eligibility for short-term incentive bonuses. The final offer will be influenced by geographic location, relevant experience, and candidate skill set.
