Key Responsibilities:- Synchronize product supply with anticipated demand to fulfill customer needs, optimize inventory, and achieve corporate goals.
- Evaluate capacity constraints and collaborate with Production Planning, Procurement, and Suppliers to secure necessary resources.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to demand, supply, and capacity to ensure timely responses to forecasts and sales commitments.
- Engage with Sales, Product Groups, Operations, Procurement, Engineering, and Suppliers to navigate a dynamic business landscape.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to prioritize customer requirements and enhance overall performance.
- Communicate effectively with various departments, including Logistics, Finance, Legal, Global Trade, QA, NPI, and Engineering, to support comprehensive business needs.
- Manage die bank and inventory levels in accordance with strategic objectives.
- Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Revenue, On-Time Delivery, and Inventory Management aligned with corporate standards.
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in supply planning, capacity utilization, material assurance, and lead time reduction.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply-demand planning and end-to-end supply chain management, particularly in the semiconductor industry.
- A results-driven mindset with strong communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional analytical abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity effectively.
- A high emotional intelligence and a collaborative working style.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (including Pivot tables and Look-ups), PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with planning systems and reporting tools such as Kinaxis Rapid Response, Adexa CDP, Oracle, Agile, SAP, or similar.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or a related field.
The expected annual compensation for this role ranges from $156,000 to $235,000, with eligibility for short-term incentive bonuses. Compensation will be determined based on geographic location, relevant experience, and candidate skillset.
