Job Summary

As a key member of our sales team, the Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business growth within an assigned territory. This includes generating new business with new clients, building strong business relationships, executing sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic territory plans to identify high-potential accounts and opportunities for growth.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and introduce Livingston's services and solutions to new clients.
  • Implement new business and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with new clients.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments of prospects and identify opportunities for Livingston's solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to draft Request for Proposal (RFPs) and ensure timely delivery to clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with new clients and collaborate with other departments to review and finalize contracts.
  • Develop and maintain contact and strategic account plans in conjunction with cross-functional teams.
  • Liaise with sales and other departments to ensure effective communication of new clients' issues.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets as assigned by Director, Business Development.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of related experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

  • Business acumen and ability to understand client needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Customer-first focus and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
