Position: Senior Sales Executive

Salary:
Base Salary: $70K-$110K
OTE: $125K-$250K

Role Overview:
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base while nurturing relationships with existing customers. You will collaborate closely with senior management to set sales objectives, identify target markets, and develop tailored solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts.
  • Work alongside the General Manager and Senior Vice President to establish sales strategies.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present effective solutions.
  • Close sales and achieve set targets.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or industrial flooring sales.
  • Proven track record in outside B2B sales.
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with a variety of flooring products including epoxy, polished concrete, and hardwood.
