Role Overview:
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base while nurturing relationships with existing customers. You will collaborate closely with senior management to set sales objectives, identify target markets, and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Consult with potential customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Work alongside management to refine sales goals and market strategies.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or industrial flooring sales.
  • Proven track record in outside B2B sales.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with various flooring materials such as epoxy, polished concrete, and hardwood.
