Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through consultative selling. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a proven track record of success.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and develop relationships with existing clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Present proposals and contracts to progress sales opportunities.
  • Maintain industry and product knowledge to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Provide regular status reports to management.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience. 2+ years of proven sales experience in a quota-bearing role are also required. Strong customer relationship skills and a passion for continuous learning opportunities are essential. Additionally, you should be a self-starter with strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and education assistance opportunities.
