Develop and implement performance management frameworks to boost employee effectiveness and growth.

Administer compensation and benefits schemes to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals.

Promote employee engagement programs and cultivate a positive workplace culture.

Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.

Examine HR analytics and metrics to uncover trends and propose enhancements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, particularly in HR business partnering.

Proven ability to forge strong relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders across all organizational levels.

In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.

Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits administration.

Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation capabilities.

Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Capability to analyze data and metrics for informed HR decision-making.

Proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
