Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a Business Development Specialist for Cell and Gene Therapy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing account strategies to drive short-term and long-term growth in Singapore and SouthEast Asian markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive business growth in Singapore and SouthEast Asian markets.
  • Facilitate communication between accounts and different divisions at Thermo Fisher Scientific, ensuring timely updates are provided to relevant parties.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the biotechnology and life sciences industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
