Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Acadia Healthcare. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for planning and executing field marketing campaigns to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Field Marketing Strategies: Conduct thorough research to identify business opportunities and develop effective marketing plans to reach new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with third-party vendors, venues, and retailers to negotiate promotional display and merchandise placement.
  • Drive Business Growth: Promote business expansion opportunities to retailers and other merchants through successful field marketing programs.
  • Monitor Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage Social Media: Oversee social media activity surrounding field marketing campaigns to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Track and Report Expenses: Maintain organized records of expenses and provide regular reports on the status of field marketing activities.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
