Field Sales Manager

Boxlight Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with K-12 education customers throughout your territory.
Key Responsibilities- Generate revenue and maintain healthy gross margins across all products and brands within your territory.
- Forecast sales via NetSuite and prospect via HubSpot.
- Recruit, develop, and support Value-Added Resellers (VARs) through demos, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and lunch and learn events.
- Build long-term relationships with end-user customers and VARs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Success, Support, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Stay up-to-date on the competition and develop strategies to win against them.
- Deliver passionate demonstrations and presentations for customers, prospects, and VARs related to interactive flat panels, audio systems, 3D printers, mobile devices, and document cameras.
- Sell, upsell, and cross-sell through a structured process.
- A degree in business, marketing, or communications is desirable.
- Must reside within CO, UT, or NM.
- Ability to travel overnight up to 50%.
- Sales achievement in the K-12 market with at least five years of experience in the EdTech industry.
- Passion for the education space, teachers, students, and administrators.
- Strong understanding of VARs and the actions needed to ensure their trust and success.
- Competitive, compelling, relational, positive, team-oriented, and customer-obsessed.
- Authorization to work in the United States full-time for any employer.
- Must be able to travel up to 50% (Monday-Friday).
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
