Netskope is a leading cloud security company that protects data wherever it goes. We're looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to join our team and help us defend the digital world.

The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving impactful field marketing strategies that align with our business goals. This includes planning and executing high-level regional events and campaigns, managing on-site logistics, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to craft tailored programs for high-value prospects.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing or a related marketing role, with a strong familiarity with sales and marketing operations, including dashboard reporting and key campaign metrics. They will also have experience with relevant software applications, including Salesforce, Marketo, MS Office, and Google Suite.

The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing field marketing plans to support business objectives, including pipeline generation, new logo acquisition, and revenue targets. They will also ensure regional alignment with corporate marketing strategies and goals, and act as the key bridge between field sales needs and headquarters to create synergy and drive impactful results.

The Field Marketing Manager will plan and execute a variety of events, including conferences, virtual events, and executive experiences to engage prospects and customers. They will also manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, promotion, registration, and post-event follow-up.

The Field Marketing Manager will measure and analyze the performance of field marketing programs and events, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. They will also have strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
