Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary
Cimarron is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for our company's products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, foster, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment.
- Makes telephone calls, in-person visits, and presentations to existing and prospective customers at corporate and/or field headquarters.
- Navigates within organizations to influence decision makers using technical, commercial, and solutions-based skills and experience.
- Research sources for developing prospective customers' information to determine their potential.
- Gather market intelligence in the upstream oil & gas market, including competitors.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong bias toward action.
- Expedites the resolution of customer challenges and concerns.
- Ability to execute corporate sales strategy at the highest levels within current and prospective customers.
- Plans and organizes personal sales strategy.
- Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and the potential for new products and services.
- Supports organizational success with timely communication and coordination with other sales team members.
- Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, and advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature.
- Participate in trade shows and conventions.
- Adheres to company policies, procedures, and rules.
- Create and maintain a safe and sanitary working environment.
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Must be a person of influence with a strong moral compass and impeccable ethics personally and professionally.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
- 3 years of sales experience in oil & gas upstream and midstream environmental control equipment and services.
- Valid driver's license: position requires some travel, mostly driving.
- Demonstrated maturity to work independently and in front of groups.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, sit, and/or walk on a hard surface as well as safely bend, stoop, reach, climb steps, and use a ladder.
- Lift up to 25 pounds.
- Vision abilities required: close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Vision to accurately read all related distribution documents and computer monitor screens.
