Job DescriptionOverview

Option Care Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales, marketing, and business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and pharmaceutical companies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and training programs to sales teams and other stakeholders.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales teams to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with alliance partners to identify new business opportunities.
  • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA in Business Administration.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
  • Infusion/health care service experience in therapeutic areas such as anti-infective, nutrition, immunology/neurology, oncology, or transplant.
  • Basic understanding of billing and reimbursement procedures for hospital, medical offices, and Medicare (B/D benefits).
