  • Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate agreements with new and existing manufacturer suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that support business growth.

Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in business development, sourcing, or a related field.
  • Industry Experience: 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Proven experience in negotiation and contracting with government agencies, such as the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and Department of Defense.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identifying opportunities and developing plans to drive business growth and development.
