Job Description

At California Internet L.P., we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth through outbound strategies, with a primary focus on cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet established goals for sales quotas
  • Effectively engage prospects, understand their needs, and articulate the value proposition of our services
  • Find and contact prospects
  • Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business
  • Engage cold and warm prospects through in-person cold calling, networking, and referrals to educate them on our services
  • Prepare accurate documentation of sales orders, agreements, and sales reports daily

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with prospects, customers, and internal departments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
