Executive Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our community's day-to-day operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Strategy
- Develop and implement sales and operations strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Regional Vice President to drive performance and growth.
- Partner with the Community Sales Director to assess market trends and engage in business development activities.
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve labor, occupancy, revenue, and expense management.
- Review and redirect activity to achieve business objectives.
- Team Management
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of leaders.
- Ensure a quality-oriented and engaged workforce.
- Act as a liaison between field operations and the Support Center.
- Community Engagement
- Establish networks and resources for resident referrals.
- Perform regular reviews of building construction and preventative maintenance.
- Build a high-performing team and maintain engagement.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related subject.
- Experience
- Three to five years of experience in operations management with demonstrated success in meeting financial and sales goals.
- Licenses and Certifications
- Ability to become licensed as an administrator for assisted living within a prescribed timeframe in states requiring such a license.
- Other Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to meet and comply with Company motor vehicle policy standards and Travel Policy.
