Business Development Representative

Join Mycamarilloagent as an Account Manager and play a vital role in our daily business operations and customers' success. As a key member of our team, you will grow our agency through meaningful client relationships and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Your primary goal will be to improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate service as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
- Experience managing client relationships is preferred.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Dedicated to customer service and able to anticipate customer needs.
- Able to effectively relate to customers and obtain Property & Casualty insurance License with the support of the agency.
