Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team at US Derm Support Roles. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Check-in and Registration: Verify patient information, update records, and ensure accurate billing and insurance processing.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the waiting area, respond to patient inquiries, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Scheduling and Follow-up: Schedule appointments, manage patient schedules, and follow up with patients as needed.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent communication and customer service to patients, staff, and external partners.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and supply management.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of recent medical office experience or similar capacity preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in basic computer functions, ability to learn new software quickly, excellent customer service and communication skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize.
