Key Responsibilities- Handle an average of 40-60 inbound calls a day, developing a rapport with customers and demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease.
- Answer inquiries from customers concerning products and their uses, applying knowledge of the field and product features to match products to the needs of clients.
- Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell based on customer needs, maintaining customer records in database and collecting and entering orders into CRM.
- Thoroughly address all customer inquiries, including nutritional aspects of products, and perform administrative duties such as verifying e-store orders and processing returns.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Active listener with ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Computer literate and willingness to learn
- Prior Call Center experience a plus, with bilingual skills also a plus
This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, with monthly uncapped bonuses and contests. If you are a fast learner with good common sense and people skills, and would like to work in a fun but fast-paced call center where employees can bring their dogs to work, we would like to hear from you.
