Job Title: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager to join our team at Beacon Hill Staffing Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a database of information and strategy to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for the EAC academy
  • Develop relationships with attorneys and manage the EAC budget
  • Travel to various offices as needed
  • Provide training and support to employees on diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of experience in professional or business development required
  • Professional services or law experience preferred
  • Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Suite

Compensation:

Compensation commensurate with experience. The expected salary range for this role is $105-150k.
