Overview

Our client is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment, where all employees can thrive and reach their full potential. The Office of Diversity and Inclusion plays a critical role in achieving this goal by integrating diversity considerations into key business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement a strategy to develop and retain underrepresented talent, analyzing workforce statistics and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Advise and support the Company's African American, Asian Network Group, and Latino Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), ensuring alignment with company strategy and providing guidance on governance and operations.
  • Manage external diverse partnerships to build the brand and provide development and networking opportunities for employees.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Management team on internal leadership development programs for diverse talent and identify external development programs to support employee growth.
  • Assist with the ongoing activity related to the Coming Together race relations program, including session content, communications, and resource center for employees.
  • Work with the Chief Diversity Officer and Talent Management on expanding the company's inclusion training programs and process reviews.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
