The Office of Diversity and Inclusion plays a critical role in achieving this goal by integrating diversity considerations into key business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Create and implement a strategy to develop and retain underrepresented talent, analyzing workforce statistics and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Advise and support the Company's African American, Asian Network Group, and Latino Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), ensuring alignment with company strategy and providing guidance on governance and operations.
- Manage external diverse partnerships to build the brand and provide development and networking opportunities for employees.
- Collaborate with the Talent Management team on internal leadership development programs for diverse talent and identify external development programs to support employee growth.
- Assist with the ongoing activity related to the Coming Together race relations program, including session content, communications, and resource center for employees.
- Work with the Chief Diversity Officer and Talent Management on expanding the company's inclusion training programs and process reviews.
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the diversity and inclusion marketplace
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
