Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, a leading global law firm, is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) efforts in the US. As the Head of DEI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's DEI strategy, driving cultural transformation, and fostering an inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive DEI strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the firm.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive cultural transformation and ensure DEI is integrated into the firm's business strategy.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and events to promote awareness, understanding, and inclusion.
- Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including employees, clients, and community partners.
- Monitor and analyze DEI metrics to inform strategy and measure progress.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior-level DEI position, with at least 5 years in an advisory or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful DEI strategies.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
