We are seeking a seasoned Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager to join our team in New York City.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Manage and maintain databases and records related to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics for training and development programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with attorneys and other stakeholders.
- Manage budgets and resources for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Travel to various offices as needed.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7+ years of experience in professional or business development.
- Professional services or law experience preferred.
- Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Suite.
Compensation is commensurate with experience. The expected salary range for this role is $105-150k.
