  • Build and maintain relationships with attorneys and other stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and resources for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Travel to various offices as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7+ years of experience in professional or business development.
  • Professional services or law experience preferred.
  • Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Suite.

Compensation is commensurate with experience. The expected salary range for this role is $105-150k.
