As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in our internal technology team, spearheading innovative initiatives that enhance our operational efficiency and empower our workforce. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, you will be instrumental in defining our Corporate Engineering strategy and ensuring the successful execution of key programs, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with our internal Security team.
Your Responsibilities:

  • Define Engineering Strategy: Collaborate with the CIO to establish and refine the vision, roadmap, and priorities for the Corporate Engineering division, ensuring that security considerations are integrated throughout the technology lifecycle.
  • Lead Program Execution: Oversee a portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery while adhering to rigorous security protocols.
  • Manage Financial Resources: Develop and oversee budgets, monitoring financial performance against established targets, including investments in consulting services, infrastructure, and tools.
  • Build Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with stakeholders across the organization, fostering trust and alignment to achieve common objectives, particularly in cultivating a strong relationship with the Security team to ensure the secure delivery of internal technology solutions.
Your Qualifications:
  • Over 10 years of experience in program management, preferably within a technology-focused environment with an emphasis on security.
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of effectively engaging with IT teams.
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
  • A solid understanding of internal tools and their application to business challenges, including knowledge of security risks and mitigation strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the gaming or entertainment sector.
  • Familiarity with Roblox's platform and offerings.
  • Agile certification or experience in an Agile work environment.
