Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- Over 5 years of industry experience with technical subjects and emerging technologies.
- Proven experience in driving cross-functional projects, developing long-term programs, and interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of compliance and security principles.
- Experience in reporting on complex programs using data-driven benchmarks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to influence without authority and foster cross-organizational support and cooperation around security initiatives.
- Comfortable navigating trade-offs, balancing competing priorities, and adapting to changing perspectives.
Preferred Qualifications- Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and principles.
- Exceptional spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Successful track record of collaboration and relationship-building with leadership, colleagues, and clients.
- Ability to adapt, remain flexible, and learn swiftly in a dynamic environment.
- Strong team player capable of working with virtual and global cross-functional teams.
