Position Overview
Zoox is seeking a dedicated Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Vice President of the Program Management Office and the Senior Manager of Data Science. This role will collaborate closely with fellow Executive Assistants and Administrative Business Partners across various departments within Zoox. Key Responsibilities
- Manage project initiatives from inception through planning, tracking, and evaluation.
- Coordinate scheduling for team and cross-departmental meetings.
- Assist in organizing team off-sites and special events.
- Support new employee onboarding processes.
- Facilitate meeting logistics, including scheduling, coordination, and note-taking.
- Perform administrative duties such as booking travel (both domestic and international), managing expenses, and overseeing calendar arrangements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as an executive assistant.
- Exceptional organizational skills with an understanding of the complexities involved in supporting a diverse and growing team.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in technical tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote, and other Apple applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Comfortable navigating a fast-evolving work environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience interacting with company boards, public officials, and senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation package for this role includes a competitive salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is between $126,000 and $179,000, and a sign-on bonus may be included. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications.
Zoox also provides a comprehensive benefits package, which includes paid time off (such as sick leave, vacation, and bereavement), unpaid leave options, health insurance, long-term care insurance, and life insurance.
