We are currently looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior Benefits Program Manager to enhance our US Benefits operations. This pivotal role will report to the Director of Americas Benefits and will be integral in advancing our benefits initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Development: Oversee all US-based Benefits Programs, fostering partnerships with vendors and refining policies and processes to optimize Snowflake's benefits offerings. Mentor and guide team members to support their professional growth while collaborating with regional managers on global initiatives.
  • Benefits Administration: Ensure compliance and effective management of all US benefit programs, including health plans, life insurance, retirement savings, and wellness initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement: Lead communication strategies for benefits information, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all employees. Serve as the primary resource for complex benefit inquiries.
  • Vendor Management: Work closely with benefit consultants and providers to guarantee efficient program administration and strategic oversight. Conduct thorough analyses to recommend competitive and cost-effective benefit solutions.
  • Strategic Program Oversight: Contribute to the vision and execution of strategic benefits programs aligned with the company's growth and talent management objectives.
  • Technology Management: Oversee the systems and technologies that support benefit eligibility and administration, collaborating with HR and Payroll to enhance the employee experience.
  • Financial Planning: Partner with leadership on budgeting and financial analysis for benefit programs, monitoring claims and ensuring accurate financial tracking.
  • Wellness Initiatives: Manage existing wellness programs, evaluate their effectiveness, and propose new initiatives to promote employee health.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all benefit offerings meet legal standards and regulations, overseeing necessary audits and compliance checks.
Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience, with a minimum of 8 years in US Benefits Management or Leadership, preferably in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to guide and develop team members across various projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of US Benefit programs and ERISA regulations.
  • Experience in multinational and matrixed organizations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with employees at all levels.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Workday, Excel, PowerPoint, and G-suite applications.
