About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to drive strategic and highly visible product compliance and security programs at Snowflake Computing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering important programs with broad organizational, business, and technical impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide cross-functional leadership with Engineering and Product Management to deliver outstanding program outcomes.
  • Bring strong, data-driven, and strategic technical judgment to decisions.
  • Work closely with Software Engineers across various teams and Product Managers to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle.
  • Amplify your impact by educating and mentoring the TPM and Engineering communities on program management best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the execution of the organization as a whole, to increase engineering productivity through tools and process improvements.
Requirements
  • BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of industry experience with technical subjects and emerging technologies.
  • Experience driving cross-functional projects, building longer-running programs, and interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Compliance & Security concepts.
  • Experience reporting on complex programs through data-driven benchmarks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to influence without authority, and build cross-organizational support, cooperation, and action around security initiatives, policies, and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and principles.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Successful experience working, collaborating, and establishing credibility and relationships with leadership, colleagues, and clients.
  • Ability to adapt, to be flexible, and to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross-functional teams.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated base salary range for this role is $169,000 - $258,700. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan. The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
