Credit Management Associate

Are you a meticulous collections expert? Leverage your expertise in our Credit and Collections division by ensuring precise and up-to-date accounts receivable records for Esri clients.
In this dynamic and collaborative setting, you will utilize your analytical and investigative skills to support both domestic and international clients across various sectors. This role offers opportunities for growth within the department and across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payments, balance accounts, and address discrepancies
- Engage with clients through phone and written communication
- Manage account statements for designated clients
- Conduct credit assessments for new and existing clients
- Handle all facets of customer account management
- Advise on credit limits, credit holds, and order releases
- Minimum of 2 years experience in collections account management
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Driven and passionate about completing tasks consistently and thoughtfully, both independently and as part of a team
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook; familiarity with Excel is a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
- Experience in corporate collections
- Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce
Compensation and Benefits

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$20.75-$30.15 USD
