Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Senior Well-being Program Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the well-being of our associates and providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement well-being programs and initiatives that align with our system's strategic plan.
  • Provide leadership and oversight for program development and implementation at our care sites, ensuring effective execution and assessment of program outcomes.
  • Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to assess processes, programming, and workflows that may impact well-being, and recommend evidence-based tactics to alleviate work-related stressors.
  • Track program data and outcome metrics, sharing data and success with local leaders and system well-being leadership to inform future strategic planning and program development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, quality improvement, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in leading projects or portions of larger projects, with a focus on well-being, burnout, or compassion fatigue.
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people in both individual and group settings, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibits a consistent commitment to continuous improvement, including demonstrated skills in quality/process improvement and/or Lean methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as a Master's degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Experience in leading initiatives or research in well-being, burnout, or compassion fatigue, with a focus on published best practices and national standards for supporting the healthcare workforce.
  • Experience working with accreditation and regulatory bodies, such as the ACGME or Joint Commission, with a focus on ensuring compliance and quality improvement.
