Sales Consultant

We're seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team, who is highly skilled at discovering sales motivations, building relationships, and closing deals.
In this role, you'll interact with seniors, their family members, and other influencers as they explore their new living options. You'll present the different lifestyles available at our community, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, and personalized care services to meet their needs.
You'll conduct community tours, host prospect and professional events to build occupancy in your community, and work closely with our care teams to ensure a seamless experience for our residents.
Key qualifications include five or more years of proven commission-based sales experience, a compassionate and interest in working with seniors, and strong communication skills to build relationships and influence decision-making.
