Job Overview

BRITE Energy Innovators is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our CXO Program, driving the success of our fractional executive program serving startups and diversifying companies. As a key member of our team, you will oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring timely delivery, scope, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for client engagements.
  • Coordinate with fractional executives to allocate resources and assign tasks.
  • Monitor project progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure timely completion.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, project plans, and client communications.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to the Director and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Five (5) plus years of experience in project management, preferably within consulting or professional services.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.
  • Experience with startups and/or high-growth companies preferred.

Location

This position is hybrid, with occasional in-person gatherings and training days. Access to a co-working facility may be arranged.
